Which poverty will you make history?
Explore the Museum of Poverties and other installations showing how we satisfy our ‘Fundamental Human Needs’. This inspiring journey dives into the heart of what it means to be a social entrepreneur: meeting needs and maximising well-being within ecological constraints.
Despite the fact we use Facebook, when others used to wander through the village square, the fundamental need for an identity and to participate remains the same. Across time, across nations and cultures, the same fundamental forces have driven our actions and consumption. What varies is how we satisfy those same fundamental needs.
Objectives
- An understanding of how the concept of TEN fundamental needs can increase your social impact, freshen your business ideas, and better market your products and services.
- 5 workshop sessions hosted in the space on: Identity and Belonging, Sustainable Design and Marketing, Bizz Fizz business coaching, Climate Change and Social Sustainability.
- Answers to these questions:
- Which are our fundamental needs?
How can we satisfy them without endangering neither the health of the ecosystems we depend on, nor the rights of other beings?
- What role can I play in creating this future?
Any preperation?
Open your mind. Get your creative juices flowing. Get ready to be inspired.
