Nick and Heleana will guide a team of social entrepreneurs through a series of state of the art thinking tools that any two people can use to motivate each other towards reaching their full potential; breaking through the emotional and mental obstacles faced by people in this fast moving sector.

The session will be one of participation, getting help and coaching others, with a specific focus on really honing some of the more tacit/softer skills that contribute towards entrepreneurial success. Bring your challenges, weak spots, questions, and unformed ideas. People will work in pairs. It will begin with a vision and inspiration session, a guide to making the most of the tools and then we’ll get stuck in.

Objectives

Connections with a peer coach that they might want to take out of the session room
A suite of solution-focussed, breakthrough change tools that they can apply to any situation
