Entrepreneurs falter with finance. You don’t need to be a nerd but you need to know enough to manage. Learn some simple techniques that will be your tools for success. We will look at budgets and forecasts and break even analysis and that ever elusive thing called CASH.

Objectives

You will gain an understanding of some key concepts of financial management. This will improve your ability to start, grow and manage enterprises. It will help you with fundraising and with contracts.
